Mud fever balm

Mud fever is a common condition in horses caused by bacteria penetrating the outer skin layer. The bacteria thrives in wet and warm conditions and can rest in symptoms such as:

• raw open sores
• discharge
• swelling

• reaction when rising or moving leg
